National Korean American Service & Education Consortium (NAKASEC)
NAKASEC imagines a future in which low- and middle-income, immigrant, people of color, and marginalized communities work together as change-makers. They have transformed cultures, power relationships, systems, and policies in the United States, all in a broader global context.
Family Coalition for Adoptee Citizenship (FCforAC)
The Family Coalition for Adoptee Citizenship consists of U.S. citizen parents, spouses, siblings and children of international adoptees without citizenship. They are an advocacy group that strives to change law to provide citizenship and the core protections associated for all adoptees.
Hamkae Center (NAKASEC VA)
NAKASEC began working with community members in Northern Virginia in 2012, soon after the announcement of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Current programs and campaigns are centered around Immigrant Rights, Civic Engagement, Youth Leadership Development, and Community Services.
National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA)
The National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA), was founded in 1996 and is a coalition of 38 national Asian Pacific American organizations around the country. Based in Washington D.C., NCAPA serves to represent the interests of the greater Asian American (AA) and Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (NHPI) communities and to provide a national voice for AA and NHPI issues.
HANA Center
HANA Center is a Chicago-area non-profit organization working to meet the critical needs of Korean, Asian American, and multiethnic immigrant communities and build power toward systemic change.
Korean American Women’s Association of the USA, Inc (KAWAUSA)
The Korean American Women’s Association of the USA, Inc. is a membership driven organization and they are dedicated to developing leadership skills and serving the community for civil diplomacy and women's human rights.
The Korean Resource Center
The Korean Resource Center (KRC) was founded in 1983 to empower low-income, immigrant, Asian American and Pacific Islander, and communities of color in Southern California. Using a holistic approach, KRC strives to empower our community by integrating services, education, culture, organizing, and coalition building, to improve the life of the individual and the community.
Woori Juntos
Woori Juntos is a dynamic grassroots-based organization founded by local community members to project a progressive voice and promote the full participation of Asian Americans and all Texans within the social justice movement.
Adoptees for Justice (A4J)
Adoptees For Justice is an intercountry adoptee-led organization which formed in 2018. Adoptees For Justice’s first project is to educate, organize and advocate for an Adoptee Citizenship Act that is inclusive of all adoptees, including those with criminal backgrounds and who have been deported. Adoptees For Justice firmly believes that no adoptee should be left behind.
MinKwon Center
Established in 1984, The MinKwon Center for Community Action empowers the Korean American community and works with the wider Asian American and immigrant communities to achieve economic and social justice for all. We envision a just and equitable society where all people can live in harmony, dream and achieve their full potential.
Woori Center
Founded in 2018, Woori Center is a grassroots organization based in Greater Philadelphia. Woori Center empowers and mobilizes their community around the issues of the most vulnerable community members, including the low-income, recent immigrant, limited English proficient, undocumented, women, seniors and young people. Meaning “us” or “we” in Korean, Woori Center facilitates access to services for immigrants, organizes community members for immigrant rights advocacy, develops youth leadership, leads civic engagement campaigns and provides arts & culture programs.
